In order to improve our customer service, we are going to have a phone and video call booking. This service will be started in September 2021. It will be held twice a week, every Wednesday and Friday from 1-3 PM (IDN time / +7 GMT).
This service will make it possible for you to ask and consult about the products, sizing, or even questions about the company.
You can book the appointment by contacting us via WhatsApp and Email. You will be given the schedule of what day and what time it will take place. Every session will only have a maximum of 15 mins.
This is one of our ways to get closer to the customers. So, there is no reason for you to have doubts anymore about TXTURE, one of the first shoe companies – if not the first, to use this service.
