Our guarantee is based on something as simple as a handshake – the deal that you’ll be satisfied with a purchase, and if you are not, we’ll make it right. We guarantee that we’ll hold up our end of the bargain. It’s just how we do business. If your purchase isn’t completely satisfactory, we’re happy to accept your returns or exchange.

We hope you understand that we make the following special considerations when processing a returns or exchange.

1. This Limited Warranty does not cover any damage caused by the negligence of the owner, arising from normal wear and tear, difference tone of color between original and proofed images, failure to adequately maintain and store the footwear, improper fitting / sizing or misuse of our products, unauthorized alterations, repairs or modifications not performed by TXTURE&co., footwear used other than in the manner intended, improper or inadequate fit, damage caused by chemical or foreign substances.
2. The warranty covers loosened stitches, cracks of the construction and/or any other damages found after 12 months from the purchase date.
3. Custom footwear orders are non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing or material defects (this does not cover normal wear and tear).
4. To help us protect our customers and make sure every return or exchange is dealt with fairly, if you do not have a receipt and can’t provide a valid ID, we can’t accept items for return or exchange in our factory.

Only regular priced items may be returns or exchange, unfortunately sale items cannot be returns or exchange. Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


This articles are offered for a limited time only and are Made To Order based on the single orders received, so there is no inventory built up of this specific style. This helps us keeping our offer competitive and as wide as possible.

Because of that cancellations, exchanges or returns are not accepted for Made To Order pairs. Thanks for your understanding.
